About Us

Our family rented a three bedroom beachfront condo at Silver Shells in the Summer of 2020. We had such a great time that we came back the following year and brought my sister's family and my parents. In 2022 we rented another unit and brought my parents again. After staying there for the third time we decided we wanted to buy a place of our own. We found a unit for sale that was undergoing a full renovation, so we put in an offer. In February of 2023 we closed on St. Maarten 702. The previous owners had called it "Horizon Blue". We liked the name so we decided to keep it. We plan on going to our condo a few times per year and renting it out the rest of the time.
